Deed Restrictions Amendment 03-03-2020

Articles 2, 6, 7, 11 18, 20 and 23 were revised since the restatement in 2011.

Deed Restrictions Restated 08-09-2011

The first five amendments were all rolled up into a single revised document.

Articles Amendment 02-17-2021

This amendment clarified the number of Board members.

Articles Recorded 03-28-2017

The original Articles were recorded.

Bylaws Amended and Restated 05-23-2014

All changes to the Bylaws were rolled up into a clean document.

FL Chapter 720 2024

Florida Chapter 720 is the law for home owners associations.

Architectural Review Application

No construction of a building/structure shall be commenced until plans and specifications have been submitted to Bern Creek via Architectural Review Application for approval.

Fence Requirements

Bern Creek's fences are specified in detail in the Deed Restrictions and be approved by the association.
